At our core, we offer product driven programme implementation for large digital transformations. We are a team of multi disciplined consultants who are individually capable Business Analysts, Product Managers and Project Managers

We have in house capacity to deliver bespoke Dynamics 365 solutions as well as custom web applications. 

Bloat. Typical Digital Transformation teams are too verbose, this leads to a loss of accountability, a ‘communication tax’, and a lack of clarity. These are some of the core reasons DT projects either fail, or exceed their budget and timelines. 

We believe that a number of roles have significant overlap during the SDLC. Specifically, Business Analysis , Product Ownership, Change Management and QA (there is nuance here, whitebox QA and specific function / unit testing is more complex) 

We’ve realised significant efficiency gains by combining these responsibilities into one role. Generally, we believe the person who has written the SRS (software requirements specification), defined the processes and has a strong understanding of the data is also best placed to manage the development cycle and black box test the deliverables. If a consultant is able to black box test, then they have produced most of the artefacts required to conduct UAT, training and change management.

However, it’s important to note that we are generally industry agnostic, and while industry knowledge expedites discovery efforts, our projects have not suffered due to a lack of industry experience at the point of discovery commencing. Our domain knowledge evolves rapidly during the first 2-3 months and we have successfully delivered projects in industries we’ve had no prior experience in.
