Implementation Architect
I bridge the gap that most people never cross: I can sit down with the CFO and map out exactly how the new system will change their numbers, then go straight to the whiteboard and sketch the exact database schema, API, and process flows that make it real. Fourteen years in, I’ve designed and delivered ERP/CRM platforms from the ground up, built bespoke applications, and integrated multiple high performance solutions to meet specific business objectives in industries such as travel tech, social housing, film-rights licensing and manufacturing. I stay close enough to the code to keep the architecture honest and the estimates realistic.
What that means in practice is one person who owns the vision from first workshop to go-live, who can spot a bad design decision before it’s baked in, and who refuses to let “that’s how we’ve always done it” kill another project. No layers of translation, no Chinese-whispers handovers, just clear direction and working software that actually lasts.
Clients bring me in when they’re tired of surprises, budget blowouts, and solutions that look great in the demo but crumble six months later. I fix that.
