Our company worked with Recursive on a mutual client project for over a year, where Recursive's role was to manage the entire deliverable solution spanning three different significant business systems. This was a complex project requiring a deep and wide set of skill sets to execute successfully.
Firstly, a depth of understanding of a highly nuanced and esoteric business model. Secondly, complex technical integrations and workflows between ERP, a bespoke website and portal, and a specialised high-performance rights management solution. And thirdly, to coordinate the whole project, architect significant elements of the solution, and project manage each of these sophisticated work streams through their SDLC and implementation.

Recursive is a fabulous company to work with. They brings great energy and enthusiasm to everything they touch. They are an excellent project/programme manager, always on the ball, three steps ahead, herding cats, and taking on extra roles whenever it helps move things along. Recursive's technical skills are also very good, for example taking on a BA role and drafting ER diagrams, or taking on a Tester role and creating very good automated testing scripts. We built an amazing thing together, on time, under budget, and Recursive made it feel easy.
In short: Best PM I've ever worked with. I'd want them on my next project.
