The client was coming to an end-of-life platform based on Open Housing, and required a rapid move to Dynamics 365 with no interruption to service

Our Process

Recursive were engaged just after the preferred vendor had been selected. The initial few month involved current state business analysis and future state solution design. Subsequently, we kicked off a number of iterative development cycles, working directly with the SI to articulate business needs into actionable deliverables. Finally, Recursive undertook all UAT and staff training with stakeholders and SME's to ensure a smooth change transition.

Result Driven

We delivered the transformation approximately 40% faster than the SI's standard implementation timeline, relying on JIT (just in time) planning and design, built on a stable foundation of the Dynamics platform.
